How it is made
The Spaghettata is the speciality that tells the story of the 490 better than any other: vanilla gelato pressed into spaghetti through a die, laid on a bed of moistened sponge cake and covered with cream and strawberry syrup, as though it were sauce. Finishing the plate, a generous dusting of white chocolate that looks just like parmesan, and two black cherries.
