How it is made
The Spaghettata is the speciality that tells the story of 490 better than any other: vanilla gelato pressed into spaghetti through a mold, laid on sponge cake and covered with cream and strawberry syrup, as if it was sauce. In the end, a generous sprinkle of white chocolate that looks just like parmesan, and two black cherries.
